Terms & Conditions of Registering for The Insight Exchange Pty Ltd Events

  • The Insight Exchange events are priced in Australian Dollars.
  • All credit card transactions are secured using 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption.
  • The person making this booking warrants that he/she has the authority to do so on behalf of the named business and binds the business to this agreement.
  • Payment must be made prior to the function/event to secure your registration.



Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be received in writing (email/fax).
  • Cancellations received 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a $20 administration fee.
  • Cancellations received 7 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund minus a $20 administration fee.
  • No refunds will be administered if cancellations are received within 7 days of the event.
  • Substitute delegates are welcome if an attendee is unable to attend; however these substitutions must be made to The Insight Exchange within 24 hours of the event.



Event Cancellation & Changes:

  • The Insight Exchange reserves the right to change the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.
  • If for any reason this event does not go ahead, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded in full.
